When a few hours on a weekday is all you need to gather or celebrate, you can book The Elliot’s Ballroom or The Rosehip Room at an hourly rate.

Our flexible packages allow you to add just what you need with our à la carte offerings for logistics, rentals & beverages.

Exclusive access to the entire venue gives you the flexiblity to host a cocktail hour in The Rosehip Room and the main event in The Ballroom, or a formal dinner in The Ballroom with an after-party in The Rosehip Room — whatever aligns best with your vision!

THE BALLROOM

Our ballroom’s open floor plan & neutral hues allow for creative arrangements of seating, dance floors, presentations & décor ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

The grand staircase leads to a balcony that highlights the iconic rose window and sits opposite the room’s stunning 8’ Swarovski crystal chandelier. The 29’ barrel-vaulted ceiling provides excellent acoustics and dimmable wash lighting that accent its historic structure and original stained glass. The 27' quartz bar,

THE ROSEHIP ROOM

Hidden on the lower level of The Elliot is an unexpected speakeasy situated under exposed wood beams and wrapped in deep green hues, painted murals & emerald tiling.

Thoughtfully designed for cocktail hours and presentations, The Rosehip Room features a built-in stage complete with a projector and sound system.

the fine print

  • Your hourly rental must include your setup and teardown time.

  • Hourly rate and cleaning fee due upfront to reserve the space. This deposit is nonrefundable.

  • 8% sales tax, administrative fees, catering & bar packages not included.

availability

  • Hourly rate packages are available Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays between 8 AM and Midnight.

  • Hourly rate packages are not available on holidays.

food + catering

If you are serving a plated meal, you are required to use one of our exclusive caterers. For hourly packages only, if you have 75 guests or fewer and are planning to serve small bites, charcuterie, just desserts, or snacks, you may bring in your own food but note that you are responsible for setup, packaging, and all supplies. Access to the kitchen is only available to The Elliot’s exclusive caterers.

Our caterers provide a variety of small plates, drop-and-go services, breakfast & lunch options, and hors d'oeuvres.

If you would prefer that your guests purchase their own beverages, The Elliot will provide a variety of beer, wine, spirits & soft drinks at market rates. Our bar is cashless and accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Cash bar package includes plastic cups.

A cash bar can also be added to the Taphouse Package.

gratuity package

If you want to tip our bartenders on behalf of your guests, let us know and we will add 15% of your final beverage package to your bill. Guests will be notified that gratuity has been graciously covered by their host. Payment can be made via check or cash.

  • 2-hour minimum & 5-hour maximum

  • Glassware can be provided by your caterer or rented through The Elliot.

  • 8% sales tax & 20% admin fee not included.

  • Pricing is based on total guests 12 years & older.

  • Anticipated bar package due upon signing.

  • Final guest count due 14 days prior to your event.

  • Per ABC laws, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by The Elliot. All outside alcoholic beverages will be confiscated and the client will be subject to a $500 fine.

The Elliot is equipped with a preparation kitchen for the use of one of our four exclusive caterers. We have thoughtfully curated this list of partners to provide the quality and expertise of local chefs and experienced event professionals, giving you one less thing to worry about.

What does the caterer provide?

The caterer you choose from our list will be responsible for all of the setup, teardown & trash removal for your event. They will also provide staffing, linens, flatware, glassware, china & any other rentals you may need.

Our caterers provide a variety of small plates, drop-and-go services, breakfast & lunch options, and hors d'oeuvres.
