Run by The Elliot’s leadership team, Stephanie & Katie bring an intimate knowledge of The Ballroom, The Rosehip Room, and every corner of The Elliot to the table. We love planning events and making your vision come alive in our space. With years of experience executing a diverse range of events, including weddings, galas, fundraisers, corporate parties, holiday soirees and conferences, we understand the value in balancing form, function, design, and atmosphere.

DAy-of coordination

Communication + meetings

  • intake meeting 90 days prior to your event

  • venue walkthrough 30-60 days prior to your event

  • final check-in one week before the event

scheduling + deliverables

  • comprehensive run-of-show for your event, with your input

  • management of vendor delivery and pick-up schedules

  • ordering and managing A/V equipment and vendor (upon request), extra fees apply to order equipment

coordination + day-of management

  • coordination with all vendors

  • execution of timeline based on run-of-show

  • execution of custom floorplan that meets client’s unique needs

  • execution and attention to detail of client’s seating chart

  • detailed setup of décor, including signage, booths, tables, and supplies

  • timely cues throughout the night for vendors, emcee, speakers, and VIP guests

  • organization of speakers and entertainment

  • supervision of lighting and sound settings

  • coordination of key event milestones and transitions (speeches, room changes, activities, closing speeches)

  • disbursement of vendor tips (upon request)

  • packaging and transportation of décor, food, florals, rentals, and supplies (up to 40lbs per item)

FULL-SERVICE CORPORATE + PRIVATE EVENT PLANNING

Our most comprehensive package is designed for executives and individuals who want professional guidance and support from beginning to end. With unlimited email access and hands-on tracking tools, our full-service package supports every stage of planning, design, and execution — from budgeting to the final details.

Our team has vast experience in corporate events, private parties, galas, fundraisers, showers, performances, and conferences. Each event is vastly different and will require an intake meeting, and deliverables will vary depending on event and timeline.

room designer package

Packages begin at $1,000, An individualized quote will be crafted for each client based on time and scope of the project.

support + deliverables may include:

  • detailed event management spreadsheet, including budget tracking

  • event design and mood board

  • custom floorplan

  • vendor selection and management - as it relates to design

  • event timeline creation and management, for design vendors - which may include: linens, florals, lighting, furniture, tablescaps, china, glassware, displays, A/V, installations, signage, displays, entertainers, food and beverage, and more

  • recommendations based on budget and preferences

  • day-of execution of design set up

à LA CARTE MENU

Just need a helping hand? We offer the following services to make your event feel effortless.

event setup — 500

We will set out supplies and décor not being set up by the caterer, florist, or any other vendor. This includes signage, welcome tables, dessert tables, decor, place cards, seating charts and more.

event staffing support — 200 ea.

Our staff have experience in galas, fundraisers, private parties, and other public events. We can provide an extra hand during your event. Need help with your check-in table, greeting guests, selling raffle tickets, coat check, or other supportive needs? Includes up to 5 hours of support.

staircase greenery — 600

Adding greenery to The Elliot’s grand staircase is simple way to add a breathtaking & natural element to your wedding day. Price includes greenery, installation & cleanup.

end-of-night packaging — 500

We will package your supplies, décor, and florals, break down rented furniture not provided by the caterer, and provide labor to carry items to your vehicle(s).
