You’ve planned all the details, but are looking for some extra support in those last few weeks leading up to your wedding. Our Day-of Coordination process is to partner with you on those final details and handle the execution on your wedding day.

This is for the couple that plans their wedding but doesn’t want to lift a finger on their big day. We also provide ceremony management, floorplan creation, timeline creation, and overall guidance during the lead up to your big day so that we can be prepared for you! You select your vendors and we can provide them with those last minute communications and details.

    venue walkthrough 30-60 days prior to your event

    final check-in one week before the event

  • comprehensive run-of-show for your rehearsal & ceremony

  • management of vendor delivery & pick-up schedules

  • coordination with onsite vendors

  • ceremony rehearsal coordination & execution based on run-of-show

  • ceremony coordination & execution based on run-of-show

  • detailed setup of décor including signage, gift tables & candles

  • timely cues for officiant & wedding party

  • organization of wedding party for ceremony entrance

  • supervision of lighting & sound settings

  • coordination of the wedding send-off

  • disbursement of vendor tips (upon request)

  • packaging and transporting of luggage, décor & gifts to vehicle (up to 40 lbs per item)
