We begin working with you 60–90 days before your wedding to finalize logistics, gather vendor details, and build an intentional run-of-show. Our team manages communication with all on-site vendors and oversees every detail throughout the day. From guest arrival to your final send-off, we ensure each moment flows seamlessly so you can stay present and enjoy the celebration.
Each package includes the following:
One Lead Coordinator and one Day-of Support Coordinator
Access to Elliot Events Coordination Client Resource Page
Intake meeting conducted 60-90 days prior to your event
Venue walkthrough conducted 30-60 days prior to your event
In-person or virtual check-in conducted one week prior to the event as needed
Unlimited calls and emails during business hours

Day-of Management
Elliot Events will set up ceremony décor that is not being set up by your florist or any other vendor. This includes, but is not limited to, signage, card boxes, guest books, and ceremony programs.
Ceremony rehearsal execution based on the ceremony run-of-show.

Lighting and sound adjustments as needed

Décor setup
Elliot Events will set up cocktail hour and reception décor that is not being set up by the caterer, florist, or any other vendor.
This includes, but is not limited to: signage, seating chart, gift table, décor for memorial or dessert tables, centerpieces (floral or otherwise), table numbers, escort cards, and bar décor
Day-of Management
Cocktail Hour and Reception run-of-show executed in coordination with on-site vendors
Vendor communication cues, and direction throughout the evening to follow your timeline
Wedding party organization and direction for reception entrance and all scheduled activities in the venue
Lighting and sound adjustments as needed
Troubleshooting and providing instructions or solutions as needed
Gratuity and payment distribution as assigned to on-site vendors, if requested
Ensuring departure vehicle(s) arrive on time
Packaging of personal items (gifts, welcome table items, signage)
Organization and execution of the send-off

Elliot Events will support the packaging of your items at the conclusion of the event.
This includes packaging gifts, desserts, décor, and florals, breaking down arches and rented furniture not provided by the caterer, carrying packaged items to your car.

This includes, but is not limited to: centerpieces (floral or otherwise), table numbers, escort cards, candles, signage, bar décor
end - of - night packaging
Elliot Events will support the packaging of your items at the conclusion of the event.
This includes packaging gifts, desserts, décor, and florals, breaking down arches and rented furniture not provided by the caterer, carrying packaged items to your car.
