Not looking for coordination, but need a helping hand leading up to or on the day of your wedding? The following packages can be booked à la carte or in addition to your coordination or planning package. Each service includes one intake meeting, conducted 60-90 days prior to your event.

ceremony to reception flip

We will oversee the management of vendors during this transition and provide labor to set décor not handled by the caterer, florist, or any other vendor.

This includes, but is not limited to, centerpieces (floral or otherwise), table numbers, escort cards, candles, signage, and bar décor.

price — 500-750*

*Receptions with 3+ centerpieces per table or 150+ guests requires additional labor.

end-of-night packaging

Elliot Events will support the packaging of your items at the conclusion of the event.

personal décor setup

Elliot Events will set up cocktail hour and reception décor that is not being set up by the caterer, florist, or any other vendor.

This includes, but is not limited to, signage, décor for memorial or dessert tables, centerpieces (floral or otherwise), table numbers, escort cards, and bar décor.

greenery décor

Using greenery in your décor is a simple way to add a breathtaking, natural element to your wedding day. Elliot Events can be contracted to provide sourcing, installation, and cleanup services.

day-of attendant

A dedicated member of the Elliot Events team will serve as your day-of attendant, providing personal support so you can fully relax and enjoy your time at The Elliot. They’re there to anticipate needs, handle small tasks, and keep your morning running smoothly.

Services may include steaming and preparing attire, running quick errands, bringing refreshments, managing any fashion or styling emergencies, and keeping dressing rooms tidy throughout your time on-site.

These services are not included with Ceremony or Reception Coordination packages.

price — 75/hour

hourly planning support

For couples who are planning independently but want professional guidance at key points in the process, we offer guidance and expertise at an hourly rate. We will weigh in on design, logistics, vendor selections, budgeting, or overall planning strategy.

price — 150/hour
