With 8 acres of lush trees, blooming hydrangeas and a charming gazebo, Lincoln Park offers the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony. Elliot Events will take care of vendor coordination, setup, and teardown so you can just show up and say “I do!”

For the couple that dreams of getting married outside but isn’t sure how to make it happen, this package can be added to our reception coordination + labor package.

we will:
create a comprehensive run-of-show for your rehearsal and ceremony
order the desired chairs and arrange delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup*
coordinate with on-site vendors (a/v, florists, etc.)
execute your ceremony rehearsal and ceremony based on run-of-show
organize the wedding party for ceremony entrance
provide timely cues for officiant and wedding party
set up décor to execute your vision
welcome guests and manage traffic flow
transport items back to The Elliot
