The Elliot is not a party center. It’s a boutique event venue that offers two aesthetically distinct and versatile spaces, ideal for hosting galas, corporate gatherings, holidays parties, and any other reason you have to celebrate.

THE BALLROOM

Our ballroom’s open floor plan & neutral hues allow for creative arrangements of seating, dance floors, presentations & décor ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

The grand staircase leads to a balcony that highlights the iconic rose window and sits opposite the room’s stunning 8’ Swarovski crystal chandelier. The 29’ barrel-vaulted ceiling provides excellent acoustics and dimmable wash lighting that accent its historic structure and original stained glass. The 27' quartz bar,

THE ROSEHIP ROOM

Hidden on the lower level of The Elliot is an unexpected speakeasy situated under exposed wood beams and wrapped in deep green hues, painted murals & emerald tiling.

Thoughtfully designed for cocktail hours and presentations, The Rosehip Room features a built-in stage complete with a projector and sound system.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

  • up to 5 hours of event time

  • access as early as 8 am (9 AM on NYE) for setup

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

Events must end by 11 PM Monday-Saturday, 10 PM Sunday & 12:30 AM on NYE.

The Sundays before Memorial Day & Labor Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving are subject to Saturday pricing.

Our bar is cashless and accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay. The Elliot will provide a variety of beer, wine, spirits & soft drinks at market rates for your guests to purchase. Includes plastic cups.

the fine print

  • Glassware is provided by your caterer.

  • 8% sales tax & 20% admin fee not included. Organizations must provide current 501c3 documentation to waive sales tax.

  • 2-hour minimum and 5-hour maximum.

  • $2,000 minimum package Monday-Thursday

  • $3,500 minimum package Friday-Sunday

  • Pricing is based on total guests 12 years and older.

  • Anticipated bar package due upon signing.

  • Final guest count due 14 days prior to your event.

  • Per ABC laws, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by The Elliot. All outside alcoholic beverages will be confiscated and the client will be subject to a $500 fine.
